Please Note: To maintain the professional integrity of the event, we will not be accepting applications for stalls selling fast food, beverages for on-site consumption, or low-cost/flea-market style items.

Exhibitor Package & Charitable Investment

Showcase your business while supporting a great cause.

Exhibitor Fee: R500 per stall. We welcome stall exhibitors to make any additional contributions, should they feel to do so towards Caritas.
Charitable Donation: Your R500 exhibitor fee is a direct donation to Caritas. Upon approval of your application, payment must be made directly to their bank account. You will receive an 18A tax certificate for your contribution.
Event Tickets: Every person manning the stall is required to purchase their own event ticket separately. This ensures all exhibitors are fully integrated into the event, with access to all speakers and networking sessions.

Limited spaces are available and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon successful application and payment. No spaces will be reserved without a completed application and confirmed donation. Spaces will also be strictly managed to ensure category exclusivity (e.g., only one motor dealership, one jeweller).

Rules & Regulations for Exhibitors

To ensure a smooth and professional event, all exhibitors must adhere to the following guidelines:

Application & Approval: All applications are subject to an approval process to ensure quality and category exclusivity. While BNI Members will receive first preference, they are required to follow the full application procedure. All applications will be treated fairly, and no special treatment will be given. Submitting an application does not guarantee a space.
Stall Dimensions & Setup:
• Inside stall spaces are strictly 2m x 3m.
• Exhibitors must provide all their own equipment, including tables, chairs, tablecloths, branding materials, and any other setup requirements.
• No electricity will be provided at the stalls. Please plan accordingly.
Setup & Teardown Times:
• Setup: Permitted from 09:00 to 12:00 on the day of the event. All stalls must be fully set up by 12:00.
• Presence: All exhibitors must be present at their stalls from 12:30 onwards.
Stall Manning: Stalls must be professionally manned during all official breaks, and before and after the main event proceedings. During the main speaker sessions, exhibitors are required to be seated at their assigned tables to participate in the event.
Vehicle Exhibition: Motor dealerships will be allocated a prime exhibition space at the front of the TD Church venue. Only one dealership will be permitted.
